本文就铲运机举升工作机构进行了研究,提出了最优化设计方法,并以LK-1型铲运机为实例,应用SUMT-POWELL法,在TQ-16型电子计算机上进行了最优化设计计算,获得了满意的结果。本文所提出的铲运机举升工作机构的最优化设计方法及其计算程序,对各种铲运机均能应用,方法简单、可靠,计算速度快,而且在计算过程中所获得的一系列方案,可供设计人员参考选用。
In this paper, the lifting work mechanism of scraper was studied and the optimal design method was put forward. Taking LK-1 scraper as an example, SUMT-POWELL method was used to optimize the design of TQ-16 electronic computer Design calculation, get satisfactory results. In this paper, the optimal design method and calculation program of scraper lift working mechanism proposed in this paper can be applied to all kinds of scraper, the method is simple, reliable, fast calculation speed, and in the calculation process obtained a series of Program, available for reference design staff.
