采用PAM-STAMP 2G有限元软件,对AP1000钢安全壳大尺寸、中厚度、调质型高强度椭圆形封头瓣片在不同温度下的模压成形回弹进行有限元模拟分析。采用光顺几何补偿算法对模具型面的迭代回弹进行补偿修正,将封头瓣片实际成形后的偏差与模具型面补偿修正模拟的结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明:采用温模压成形可显著地改善封头瓣片的成形效果,其在500℃的模压成形回弹量最小;对于模压成形,通过模具型面补偿修正设计合理的型面尺寸,是瓣片获得理想成形精度的一种有效办法。
The finite element analysis was carried out by using PAM-STAMP 2G finite element software to simulate the forming rebound of large-size, medium-thickness and quenched high-strength elliptical head pieces of AP1000 steel containment under different temperatures. The smooth geometric compensation algorithm was used to compensate and correct the iterative springback of the mold surface. The deviation after the actual forming of the header was compared with that of the mold surface compensation correction.
