目的:实验将针对高钾血症患者应用心电图进行诊断,分析诊断方案的应用价值.方法:研究人员以2019年12月到2020年12月的时间基准,收集我院100例高钾血症患者作为此次研究对象,均应用心电图和血清钾分别进行检测,分析数据结果.结果:从检查上看,心电图诊断和血清钾诊断的结果符合率为75％,诊断受到糖尿病、急性心肌梗死等因素的影响,导致心电图与血清钾检测存在不符之处.而大多数相符的患者,主要是存在肾功能和肝功能不全的问题.除此之外,我们按照血清钾浓度差异进行分组,一组为5.5-6.5mmol/L的患者,另一组则为>6.5mmol/L的患者.在血清钾浓度>6.5mmol/L的35例患者中,经过心电图也证实为高钾血症的患者有30例,符合率为85.7％.结论:采用心电图诊断高钾血症具有一定的诊断率,和血清钾测定相比更为直接、有效,可进一步推广应用.
