“一带一路”战略体现了国内公共政策与国家对外政策的紧密结合。以调整社会公共利益为目标形塑国家外交战略,将有助于形成切实有效的、可持续发展的外交政策。同时,“一带一路”战略也将面临国际上的诸多挑战,然而在推动实施过程中,中国需要向国际社会提供规范化的体系、非排他性的参与以及满足国际社会安全与福利诉求的公共产品。
The “Belt and Road Initiatives” strategy reflects the close integration of domestic public policies and state foreign policies. Shaping the national diplomatic strategy with the goal of adjusting public interests will help to form an effective and sustainable foreign policy. At the same time, the “Belt and Road” strategy will face many international challenges. However, China needs to provide the international community with a standardized system, non-exclusive participation and public goods that satisfy the demands of the security and welfare of the international community .
