校企合作教育是一种利用学校和行业、企业不同的教育资源和教育环境,以培养适合生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的应用型人才为主要目的教育模式,是职业教育与生产劳动相结合的拓展和延伸,是职业院校人才培养最有效、最基本的途径,也是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的方向。针对我国现有校企合作存在的问题深入探索,对南京金陵中等专业学校与宝马公司的合作模式进行分析,总结合作的成果与不足。
School-enterprise cooperation education is a kind of education model that takes advantage of different educational resources and education environments in schools and industries and enterprises to cultivate applied talents suitable for the frontline of production, construction, management and service. In view of the existing problems existing in the cooperation between our school and enterprises, we explored the mode of cooperation between Nanjing Jinling Secondary Vocational School and BMW Company, and summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the cooperation.
