在党的建设础会主义总路线光辉照耀下,在1958年全面大跃进的形势鼓舞下,长办全体测量工作者破除了迷信,解放了思想,发挥了敢想敢干的共产主义风格,响应了党委提出“打倒花杆”的豪迈号召。1958年经过苦战苦钻,提出了十二种方案,并初步制成一架无标尺地形仪,但是由于使用上尚存在一定缺点,因而未能投入生产。今年3月在全国测量技术革新展览会上,测量工作者们纷纷提出要求,希望将无标尺测距仪进一步改进,使其早日投入生产。为了集思广益,我办与武汉科学院测量制图研究所、华中师范学院、水电部上海勘测设计 Under the brilliance of the Party’s building basic constructivism line, in the wake of the situation of the all-enlarged leap forward in 1958, the long-term surveying staff broke down superstitions, liberated thoughts, and played a communist style that dared to dare to perform. However, due to certain drawbacks in use, it failed to go into production. In March this year, at the National Measurement Technology Innovation Exhibition, surveyors asked for the improvement of the scaleless range finder so that it could be put into production as soon as possible. For the purpose of brainstorming, I worked with the Wuhan Institute of Surveying and Mapping, Huazhong Normal University, and the Ministry of Water Resources Shanghai Survey and Design.
