虽然法律赋予了记者有隐性采访的权利,但也应受到法律制约。记者在实施隐性采访时一定要自觉遵循法律原则和相关准则,不能触犯法律。在隐性采访中不能违规设圈套、布陷阱,不能侵害他人的隐私权、著作权、通信权等。要坚持客观公正,把握调查分寸,看清、摸清事实的真相,从而实现客观公正的报道。隐性采访是采访中的一种方式,如何运用并把握好隐性采访,以及在什么情况下使用隐性采访值得研究。从事新闻工作20
