电价上涨作为当前德国能源转型中最突出的问题,是德国政府大力推行可再生能源补贴政策的直接后果。不断上涨的电价,给德国可再生能源发展和能源转型带来巨大的挑战,促使德国政府对2010年以来的能源转型政策进行全面修正,也引发德国整个社会对能源转型“公平问题”、经济发展与能源转型之间的矛盾与平衡等问题的新一轮思考。作为世界能源低碳转型的先锋,德国能源转型的经验教训对世界能源革命和我国能源转型有着重要借鉴作用。
Rising electricity prices, the most prominent issue in the current energy transition in Germany, is the direct result of the German government’s vigorous implementation of the subsidy policy for renewable energy. Rising electricity prices pose enormous challenges to renewable energy development and energy transformation in Germany, prompting the German government to fully amend the energy transformation policy since 2010, and triggering the entire society in Germany to reform its energy system, A new round of thinking on such issues as the contradictions and balance between economic development and energy transformation. As the vanguard of low-carbon energy transformation in the world, the experiences and lessons of Germany’s energy transformation play an important role in drawing lessons from the world’s energy revolution and China’s energy transformation.
