为了观察和评价赋活剂对脑溢血康复的疗效,故分析了我院121例脑溢血。各患者在对症和支持疗法的基础上,加用脑组织液、脑活素、维脑路通、脑复康四种赋活剂。84例为治疗组,未用赋活剂37例作对照,四种赋活剂间分组互比。结果,治疗组有效率分别为86.6％、75％、66.7％,均高于对照组54％;改善神经功能治疗组也优于对照组(P<0.01)。四种赋活剂互比有效率和改善神经功能也有差异(P<0.05):以脑组织液和脑活素为优。提示:赋活剂能提高脑溢血的疗效,改善神经功能,降低致残程度的作用确切,并显示脑组织液和脑活素是该病康复的首选药。
In order to observe and evaluate the efficacy of activator on cerebral hemorrhage, we analyzed 121 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital. Each patient in the symptomatic and supportive therapy based on the addition of brain tissue fluid, cerebrolysin, Venoruton, brain rehabilitation four activators. 84 cases as treatment group, 37 cases without activating agent as control, and 4 kinds of activating agent were grouped with each other. Results: The effective rates of the treatment group were 86.6%, 75% and 66.7%, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (54%). The improvement of neurological function group was also better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Four activators of each effective and improve neurological function is also different (P <0.05): brain tissue fluid and brain activity is better. Tip: Activating agent can improve the efficacy of stroke, improve neurological function, reduce the degree of disability exact role, and show that brain tissue fluid and cerebrolysin is the drug of choice for the rehabilitation of the disease.
