目的研究血清可溶性B7-H4(sB7-H4)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法检测51例NSCLC与40例肺部良性疾病(BPD)患者sB7-H4的表达水平,并分析手术前后sB7-H4的变化情况;通过电化学发光法检测CA125、CEA在NSCLC血清中的表达水平,分析其与sB7-H4的相关性。结果NSCLC患者sB7-H4水平(49.78±13.46)μg/L高于BPD患者(17.34±9.39)μg/L(P<0.01),且NSCLC患者sB7-H4水平与CA125、CEA水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。NSCLC患者术后sB7-H4水平低于术前水平(P<0.05)。NSCLC患者sB7-H4水平与组织分化、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,P均<0.05。结论 sB7-H4可能参与NSCLC的发生发展及转移,有望成为NSCLC免疫治疗的一个新靶点。
Objective To study the expression of serum soluble B7-H4 (sB7-H4) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of sB7-H4 in 51 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of benign pulmonary disease (BPD) was detected by ELISA. The changes of sB7-H4 before and after surgery were analyzed. The expressions of CA125 and CEA in NSCLC serum were detected by electrochemiluminescence The expression level of sB7-H4 was analyzed. Results The level of sB7-H4 in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that in BPD patients (49.78 ± 13.46 μg / L vs 17.34 ± 9.39 μg / L, P <0.01), and the level of sB7-H4 was positively correlated with CA125 and CEA in patients with NSCLC (P < 0.01). The level of sB7-H4 in patients with NSCLC was lower than that before operation (P <0.05). The level of sB7-H4 in NSCLC patients was correlated with tissue differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion sB7-H4 may be involved in the development and metastasis of NSCLC, which is expected to become a new target of immunotherapy for NSCLC.
