随着现代社会环境的变化和发展,人们对马克斯·韦伯提出的官僚制组织理论有了更深入的认识,发现了它的积极作用也看到不利的一面,官僚制确实在实践中为组织提高了效率,还完善了组织的内部系统,致使官僚制被现代组织所普遍认可,但官僚制的缺点确实也是存在的。中国受传统思想的影响,在官僚制组织文化方面较为匮乏,与西方存在一定的差异,长期下去,这样的差异势必会影响行政系统的运行,甚至会影响经济的发展。所以在行政组织领域,我们迫切需要对官僚制进行深入研究,希望在官僚制组织理论中找到行政改革的突破口,为我国行政谋求更长远的发展。
