小学生顽皮、爱闹是他们的特性。班主任要想做好班级的管理工作,是得下一番功夫研究学生的特性。从管理的实质并结合小学生的特性提出两种管理方式来谈谈小学班主任如何做好班级的管理工作。
Pupils naughty, love is their characteristics. To do a good job of class teacher management is to take some time to study the characteristics of students. From the essence of management and the characteristics of primary school students come up with two kinds of management methods to talk about how to do well the class teacher.
