冬小麦品种复壮30中具有一对抗白粉病隐性基因,该基因对我国流行的白粉病生理小种表现为高抗或免疫,虽尚未定名,却已受到国内外的重视。我们分别以复壮30、感病品种农大015、京花一号的DNA为模板,采用300个RAPD 引物(UBC400-UBC699)进行PCR扩增,其中UBC405(CTC TCG TGC G)可在抗、感品种之间扩增出一多态性片段(628bp),定名为UBC405-628。通过对F2群体的RAPD分析,证明这条带与复壮30的抗白粉病基因有连锁关系,可作为该基因的分子标记。
In winter wheat variety Rejuvenation 30, there is a recessive resistance to powdery mildew. This gene is highly resistant or immune to the powdery mildew prevailing in our country. Although not yet named, it has received great attention both at home and abroad. We used 300 RAPD primers (UBC400-UBC699) for PCR amplification, respectively. Among them, UBC405 (CTC TCG TGC G) could be used in the resistant and susceptible varieties Amplified a polymorphic fragment (628bp), named UBC405-628. Through the RAPD analysis of F2 population, it was proved that this band was linked with the powdery mildew resistance gene of Rejuvenation 30 and could be used as a molecular marker of this gene.
