目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在甲状腺良、恶性病变诊断中的应用。方法 86例甲状腺结节患者,其中良性甲状腺肿45例,甲状腺癌41例,均行MSCT检查,观察病灶发病部位、形态、数量、密度等特征。结果结节性甲状腺肿钙化、晕环、单发病灶、形态不规则、边界不清比例均显著低于甲状腺癌(P<0.05);两种病变CT强化、平扫值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MSCT对甲状腺良、恶性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有较高的应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesions. Methods A total of 86 patients with thyroid nodules, including 45 cases of benign goiter and 41 cases of thyroid cancer, were examined by MSCT. The location, shape, quantity and density of the lesions were observed. Results Nodular goiter calcification, halo, single lesion, irregular shape and unclear boundary were significantly lower than thyroid cancer (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in CT enhancement and scan between two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion MSCT has a high value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesions and should be widely applied.
