企业跨国经营,有一个亟待解决的问题是人才问题。人才国际化素质不高,使我们一些企业在跨国经营中屡尝失败之苦果。围绕企业跨国经营对人才的需求,国内外企业都积极研究吸引、培训人才的战略。当然不外乎这样两种策略:或从企业外部聘请,或从企业内部培养。应该说后者才是企业人才战略的根本立足点。这方面韩国三星集团的经验很有启示。
There is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the transnational management of enterprises. The low quality of international talents has caused some of our companies to suffer the consequences of failure in transnational operations. Focusing on the demand for talents for multinational operations, domestic and foreign companies are actively studying strategies for attracting and training talent. Of course, there are only two such strategies: either from outside the company or from within the company. It should be said that the latter is the fundamental foothold for corporate talent strategy. In this regard, the experience of South Korea’s Samsung Group is very informative.
