当前,我国的改革开放和现代化建设事业已步入一个新的历史时期。改革的力度显著增强,改革的跨度明显加大。建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的具有中国特色、上海特点的教育体系(包括职工教育体系)已成为上海每位教育工作者的首要任务。面对社会主义市场经济这个大环境,地矿部门相继出现了全面走向市场的新势头。地质职工教育如何与蓬勃发展的大好形势相适应,以求在“一业为主、多种经营”中同步规划、同步实施、同步完成,成为一个急待解决的问题。
At present, China's reform, opening up and modernization drive have entered a new historical period. The intensity of reform has been significantly enhanced, and the scale of the reform has obviously increased. The establishment of an education system with characteristics of Chinese characteristics and Shanghai that is compatible with the socialist market economy (including the staff education system) has become the primary task for every educator in Shanghai. In the face of the macroeconomic environment of the socialist market economy, the geology and mining sector has witnessed a new trend of full-scale market. How geology worker education adapts to the prosperous development situation so as to synchronously plan, synchronize and complete simultaneously in “one industry, multiple operations” becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
