欲了解釉质龋的发病和病理变化过程, 釉质的物理和化学性质方面的知识是必不可少的。本研究运用二次离子质谱法(Secondary ion mass spectrometry,以下称SIMS)测定了16个乳切牙颊面釉质中自釉质表面向内,钠、钾、镁、锶、氟和氯的分布情况。结果与讨论所分析的六种元素,每一种均显示典型的总体分布型,但在局部有较大变异。这些变异在出生后形成的釉质中更为常见。总的来看,自釉质表面向牙本质,金属元素的含量逐渐增加,而卤族元素的含量逐渐减少。以往通过微分切技术和SIMS研究已经了解到釉质中自釉面向内镁的含量逐渐增
To understand the pathogenesis of enamel caries and pathological changes, knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of enamel is essential. In this study, secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) was used to determine the distribution of sodium, potassium, magnesium, strontium, fluoride and chlorine in the enamel of 16 primary incisors. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The six elements analyzed, each showing a typical overall distribution, have large local variability. These variations are more common in the enamel that is formed after birth.
