在印尼期间,我参观考察了一家水泥电杆厂,看后很有启发。现仅就该厂与我国电杆厂作一分析对比,供大家参考。一、概况该厂是生产电杆的专业厂。全厂生产工人约150人,管理人员不超过20人。生产的电杆规格有:7m、9m、12m。计有电杆钢模60多套,双辊离心成型机两台,三班制生产,日产150根电杆。1990年共生产各种预应力电杆3.2万根。二、电杆结构形式 1.该厂生产的各种锥形杆,两端都有倒角,其形状如图1所示。两端制成倒角,不仅便于脱模,减少两端碰坏,而且外形较为美观。倒角的制作方法是:使两端张拉装置伸进钢模内10mm左右,在金加工时按所需尺寸加工。其结构形式如图2所示。

Overview The factory is a professional factory producing poles. The factory has about 150 production workers and no more than 20 managers. Pole specifications produced are: 7m, 9m, 12m. There are more than 60 sets of electric pole steel moulds, two twin-roller centrifugal moulding machines, three shift productions, and 150 electric poles per day. In 1990, a total of 32,000 prestressed poles were produced. Second, the pole structure 1. The factory produced a variety of tapered rods, both ends have chamfers, the shape shown in Figure 1. Both ends are chamfered, which not only facilitates demoulding, reduces damage at both ends, but also looks beautiful. The method of manufacturing the chamfer is to extend the tensioning device at both ends into the steel mold by about 10mm, and process it according to the required size during the gold processing. Its structure is shown in Figure 2.
