In fiercely competitive retail companies, how to find new profit growth points and sources, reduce supply chain costs, accelerate turnover, increase customer service value, and expand brand influence have become the focus of corporate managers. According to IBM’s experience in the retail industry over the years, the business issues of the retail industry are divided into five major modules, and these modules are implemented through the construction of corresponding service support systems.
