目的研究一起农村婚丧宴引起食物中毒案例,为预防类似突发事件的发生提供参考依据。方法进行现场流行病学调查,采集留样食物样品、患者呕吐物、排泻物、肛拭子,厨师肛拭子检测分析。结果本次事件报告发病39例,病例对照研究显示牛肉脯为可能食品,在6份患者肛拭子和牛肉脯及素鸡剩余食品中分离培养出副溶血性弧菌。结论此起事件为居民家中聚餐引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。
Objective To study the cases of food poisoning caused by weddings and festivals in rural areas and to provide reference for the prevention of similar emergencies. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted in this study. Specimens were collected for food samples, vomit, excretion, anal swab and chef anal swab. Results The incidence of this incident reported in 39 cases, case-control study showed that the preserved beef is a possible food, in 6 patients with anal swab and beef breast and vegetarian chicken remaining food isolated from Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusion This event was caused by food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in residents’ homes.
