在加工键槽过程中,由于一般铣刀刀尖部分存在着圆弧r,铣削后的键槽自然存在着圆弧r,所以国家标准规定A型及C型平键的R部分必须倒角。长期以来,我国许多平键生产厂在半圆头倒角上,一直没有一种有效可靠的工艺来解决这一问题。一、国内倒角工艺的近况目前国内生产厂广泛采用的倒角工艺: (1)震动机加磨料与工件相互撞击进行倒角。尽管能倒去少量锐角,但还达不到国标规定要求。大规格平键,由于工件的相互撞击,破坏工件表面质量,影响产品的性能。 (2)利用手工倒角,效率低,倒角宽度不均匀。
