肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统是血压调节的三个主要生理控制机理之一。肾素是该系统一系列酶促反应的限速酶。本工作的目的是设计并合成新肾素抑制剂以减少血管紧张素Ⅰ的生成,从而亦减少了具有强烈缩血管作用的血管紧张素Ⅱ的合成。
The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system is one of the three major physiological mechanisms of blood pressure regulation. Renin is the rate-limiting enzyme in a series of enzymatic reactions of this system. The purpose of this work is to design and synthesize a new renin inhibitor to reduce the production of angiotensin I, thereby reducing the synthesis of angiotensin II with a strong vasoconstricting effect.
