斜茎獐牙菜(Swertia patens),是云南民间常用草药,用于治疗消化不良、腹痛、牙痛等,但对其化学成分的研究未见报导。本文报告两个活性化合物的分离和结构鉴定。分离得到的结晶Ⅰ为白色针状,熔点307~309℃,根据其分子量及元素分析,确定其分子式为C_(30)H_(48)O_3(Ⅰ);质谱m/e456(M~+);红外光谱在3440 cm~(-1)(OH),3000~2900cm~(-1),1690cm~(-1)(COOH)有吸收峰;~1H核磁共振谱有七个甲基信号(δ:
Swertia patens is a commonly used herb in Yunnan for the treatment of dyspepsia, abdominal pain, toothache, etc., but its chemical composition has not been reported. This article reports the separation and structural identification of two active compounds. The isolated crystal I is a white needle, melting point 307 ~ 309 °C, according to its molecular weight and elemental analysis, to determine its molecular formula C 30 H 48 O 3 (I); mass spectrometry m / e 456 (M ~ +); Infrared spectra have absorption peaks at 3440 cm -1 (OH), 3000 - 2900 cm -1 and 1690 cm -1 (COOH); there are seven methyl signals in the ~1H NMR spectrum (δ:
