目的:观察人工诱导猪苓子实体培育猪苓菌丝的最佳环境因素,为筛选优良菌种提供依据。方法:用人工诱导的猪苓子实体,采取菌丝分离法接种在适宜的培养基上,观察温度、pH值,光照、培养时间对菌丝形成的影响。结果:沙氏琼脂培养基,温度22℃,pH值5.8,黑暗培养,培养25天时菌丝生长最好。结论:人工诱导的猪苓子实体可以培育优良的猪苓菌种。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the best environmental factors for artificial cultivation of Polyporus umbellatus by artificial induction of Polyporus umbellatus to provide basis for screening excellent strains. Methods: Artificially induced poria cocos solids were inoculated on appropriate medium by mycelial isolation method. The effects of temperature, pH value, light and culture time on mycelium formation were observed. Results: Shas agar medium, temperature 22 ℃, pH value 5.8, dark culture, mycelium growth best 25 days. Conclusion: Artificially induced Poria cotosum fruiting bodies can cultivate excellent strains of Polyporus umbellatus.
