1987年,福丁煤炭有限公司与麦基尔大 学合作,进行了一个题为“利用电铲——钻 车综合监控系统提高矿山生产率”的研究项 目。其主要目的是,把电铲和钻车的监控集 中到一个系统,从而找出地层条件的特征, 通过爆破来获得最好的作业台阶,并测量制 约电铲生产率的挖掘条件。 此外,钻车和电铲的实测数据输入该矿 的地质——工程应用计算机系统,将会带来 更多的好处。该计算机系统包括:钻孔、爆 破(DB)、生产统计(PS)和小范围规划 (SRP)。 这里仅就钻车监控方面作简单介绍。
In 1987, Fudding Coal Co., Ltd., in collaboration with McGill University, conducted a research project entitled “Increasing Mine Productivity with Electric Shovel-Integrated Drilling and Car Monitoring System”. Its main purpose is to centralize the monitoring of electric shovels and rigs into a system to identify the characteristics of the formation conditions, to obtain the best working steps by blasting and to measure the conditions that govern the productivity of the shovel. In addition, the actual data from rigs and power shovels will bring more benefits to the mine’s geo-engineering computer system. The computer system includes Drilling, Blasting (DB), Production Statistics (PS) and Small Area Planning (SRP). Here only on the drilling vehicle monitoring for a brief introduction.
