人与人之间的差异是天生的,学生也是一样,自然就分出了优等生与后进生。如何培养后进生良好的学习习惯,我认为,因材施教、循序渐进才是最重要的。我们班的泽伟是个聪明、好动的孩子,可他的学习态度一直不够端正,作业拖拉,字迹潦草,让老师心烦。以往碰到这样的学生,我总是采用严厉批评、联系家长配合监督、从严要求保质保量完成作业的方法。但外加的压力或许能出现短时预期的效果,时间一长,“江山易改,本性难移。”学生又故伎重演。这次,我准备换一种方法试一试,在这个孩子身上做一个实验,我在心里打定主意。
