整数、小数、分数四则运算是小学数学教学的主要内容,而其计算法则的教学尤为重要。过去,小学数学教师普遍重视计算法则教学,但比较忽视算理理解。数学课改之后,普遍重视算理教学,提倡算法多样化,但是,对计算法则的教学却有所削弱,出现了“重算理轻法则”的偏向,具体表现在教材不出法则,教师不讲法则,学生不懂法则,计算不用法则等,导致小学生计算法则意识薄弱,运算能力有所下滑。这是一个课改后值得关注和研究的新问题。2011年版《数学课程标准》重新将“运算能力”列
