研究在电网对水电站各时段出力要求情况下的梯级水电站短期优化调度问题,建立了优化运行模型,并用逐步优化算法求解。结合实际算例,通过对比在单一电价及在分时电价和峰谷出力比约束情况下的梯级水电站各个时段的发电量和收入,认为此模型使得梯级电站更加可靠,符合电厂和电网双方的利益,表明了模型的合理性、可行性及实用性。
The short-term optimal scheduling problem of cascaded hydropower stations under the power grid requirements of hydropower stations in different time periods is studied. The optimal operation model is established and solved by step-by-step optimization algorithm. Combining the actual example, comparing the power generation and income at each period of cascade hydropower station under the constraint of single power price and time-of-use price and peak-valley output ratio, this model is considered as a model to make the cascade hydropower station more reliable and in line with the interests of both power plant and power grid , Which shows the rationality, feasibility and practicability of the model.
