在分析化学实验中,如何以最适当的平行测定次数,经济地得到所要求的准确分析结果,是十分有意义的问题。在教学工作中,如果能合理地估算实验的平行测定次数,不但可避免浪费,而且对培养学生的数量概念,提高学生独立分析和解决问题的能力十分有益。为此,本文在评述关于确定分析化学实验平行测定次数的一般统计方法基础上,介绍信息论的估算方法,并就其实际意义作初步讨论。
In analytical chemistry experiments, it is of great significance how to get the accurate analytical results required economically with the most appropriate number of parallel determinations. In the teaching work, if we can reasonably estimate the number of parallel experiments, we can not only avoid the waste, but also help to develop the concept of quantity of students and improve the ability of students to analyze and solve problems independently. Therefore, based on the review of general statistical methods for determining the number of parallel assays in analytical chemistry experiments, this paper introduces the estimation method of information theory and makes a preliminary discussion on its practical significance.
