目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予基础药物治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地

目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予基础药物治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,心脑血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清学指标Hcy、血压及肾功能各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以高血压患者苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,可实现对血压异常、血管内皮功能损伤进
