伴随着国际贸易自由化的不断推进,国际贸易壁垒却始终没有完全消除,尤其是以技术法规与标准、认证等为主要形式的技术贸易壁垒,其影响和作用越来越大,成为国际贸易保护主义的最好庇护所。机电产品作为宁波出口的支柱产品,是遭受技术壁垒影响最为严重的领域之一,技术壁垒已成为宁波机电产品出口面临的主要障碍和挑战。本文针对技术贸易壁垒对宁波机电出口产生的负面影响提出相应的对策。

Electromechanical products, as the pillar products of Ningbo’s exports, are one of the areas that are most seriously affected by technical barriers. Technical barriers have become the major obstacle and challenge to the export of electromechanical products in Ningbo. In this paper, countermeasures against the negative impact of TBT on Ningbo’s mechanical and electrical exports are put forward.
