该文主要阐述我国食品卫生监督存在的问题与现有食品安全法律法规体系现状;要整合现有法律资源,完善我国食品安全法律法规体系;要确保食品安全技术保障,建立强制性的食品安全标准化体系;要赋予食品监管部门充分的权力,不断强化法律法规的惩罚力度;要整合执法力量,解决多头执法问题,切实贯彻执行食品安全法律法规,保证食品安全,为促进经济社会发展提供保障。
This article mainly expounds the problems existing in the supervision of food hygiene in our country and the status quo of the existing food safety laws and regulations system.
