利用NiTi合金的独特性质,提出了将NiTi合金作为压气机榫接结构的材料.通过有限元软件MSC.Marc进行数值模拟,研究在低周、高低周复合载荷作用下NiTi合金抗微动疲劳特性,并提出利用节点的微动综合参数(FFD)值确定危险点,用名义应力法预测构件的微动疲劳寿命的方法.结果表明:提出的微动疲劳寿命预估方法是合理有效的,NiTi形状记忆合金的抗微动疲劳特性明显优于TC11等普通材料.
Based on the unique properties of NiTi alloy, NiTi alloy was proposed as the material of mortise-tenon joint of compressor.The numerical simulation of finite element software MSC.Marc was carried out to study the anti-fretting fatigue properties of NiTi alloy under low, high and low cycle loadings , And puts forward the method of predicting the fretting fatigue life of the component by using the value of the fretting comprehensive parameter (FFD) of the node to determine the dangerous point.The results show that the proposed fretting fatigue life prediction method is reasonable and effective, and NiTi The anti-fretting fatigue properties of shape memory alloys are significantly better than common materials such as TC11.
