光免疫学主要研究非离子辐射对机体正常或异常免疫功能的影响。人们已发现非离子辐射与某些免疫性疾病的发生有关,例如光过敏、红斑狼疮、天疱疮等受到紫外线(UV)照射后症状加重。而其他一些免疫性疾病,例如日光性荨麻疹、变应性湿疹、白癜风、银屑病等可以成功地用 UV 治疗。光免疫学无论在光医学应用方面及对疾病认识方面均有待进一步的认识。近年来随着对抗原提呈细胞(APC)的深入研究,确认了 APC 在免疫反应中的重要作用,也发现 UV 照射对这群细胞的特殊效应,并认为属于光免疫学的重要环节之
Optical immunology mainly studies the impact of non-ionizing radiation on the normal or abnormal immune function of the body. It has been found that non-ionizing radiation is associated with the development of certain immunological diseases such as photopathies, lupus erythematosus, pemphigus, and the like which are exacerbated by ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Other immunological diseases such as solar urticaria, allergic eczema, vitiligo, psoriasis and the like can be successfully treated with UV. Optical immunology needs further understanding both in terms of optical medical applications and disease awareness. In recent years, with the in-depth study of antigen presenting cells (APCs), APC has been confirmed to play an important role in the immune response, and the special effects of UV irradiation on these cells have also been found to be an important part of optoimmunology
