柱塞、喷油嘴和出油阀,是柴油机的3大精密偶件,表面光洁度很高,配合间隙仅为0.001—0.003毫米。因此,在使用中极易发生故障。为了提高它们的寿命,使用过程中应注意以下几点: 一、燃油要清洁。不清洁的油料中含有大量杂质,工作时会使零件的光洁度和配合间隙受到破坏,甚至很快磨损报废。为了保证油料清洁,应采取以下净化措施: 1.购回的柴油,至少要在油桶内沉淀48小时以上才可使用。抽油时不要将油抽子插到底,也不要摆动或搅动。油桶底部20厘米以下的柴油不得加入机内使用。 2.加油时,加油桶、油抽子、手油泵等必须干净,并且要用装有绸布的漏斗给油过滤。
