鄂尔多斯盆地是中国大型的沉积盆地之一,针对其储层的物性差、孔隙度低、渗透率小、非均质性严重等特点,延长油田引进了同轴随进式射孔技术。同轴随进式增效射孔器可以形成高速侵彻射流,以微秒级速度依次穿透射孔枪管、套管、水泥环进入地层形成射孔孔道。在延长油田靖边采油厂后山村区域应用中可以有效破除压实带,形成放射状裂缝,提高岩层渗透率,从而达到降低破裂压力和增产、增注的功能。
Ordos Basin is one of the large sedimentary basins in China. Due to the poor physical properties, low porosity, low permeability and serious heterogeneity of its reservoirs, the Ordos Basin introduced the coaxial and progressive perforation technology. Coaxial follow-up efficiency perforation can form a high-speed penetration of the jet, with microsecond-level penetration in turn perforation gun barrel, casing, cement ring into the formation of perforation tunnel. The application of the Yaoshan Village in the Jingbian Oil Production Plant of Yanchang Oilfield can effectively remove the compaction zone, form radial cracks and increase the permeability of the rock formation so as to reduce the fracture pressure and increase the production and increase the injection.
