The term “personality” comes from the Latin persona, originally referred to as “mask”, “Facebook”, used to show the identity of the person in the play, character and role characteristics. In the “mask” into “personality”, has two implications: on the one hand refers to a person’s role in the life stage of the act; the other hand refers to the true face of a person. Modern educational ethics believes that the so-called personality refers to the individual in a certain moral and cultural relations demonstrated by the character and behavior programs. Marx also pointed out that “an individual is a social being.” Thus it can be seen that personality should be formed and shaped in a certain part of “certain social relations” (moral and cultural relations). The so-called “student personality” is the students in a certain moral and cultural relations shown in the character and behavior program.
