就少数民族地区体育师资目前的人数与质量现状给予剖析，探讨少数民族地区学校对学生进行终身体育思想教育所面临的体育师资问题，并阐述了今后少数民族地区学校体育师资队伍发展的途径。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the number and quality of PE teachers in ethnic minority areas, discusses the PE teachers' problems faced by the schools in minority ethnic regions for the lifelong PE ideological education and expounds the ways of the development of PE teachers in schools in ethnic minority areas in the future.
