皮带运输通廊作为工业建筑中较为普遍的构筑物形式,随着服役时间的增加,不少钢桁架出现变形、节点锈蚀等损伤,存在安全隐患,严重影响正常使用。通过对某皮带运输通廊钢桁架的检测,查出结构的危险点,找出产生隐患的原因,指出此类结构通常所面临的问题,并结合实际问题,制定加固处理方案;在不影响正常使用的情况下,对桁架下弦杆及节点板进行加固处理,加固后通廊构件抗力与荷载效应比值大于1.0,结构安全储备得到大幅提升。
