目的调查分析2012年7月19日发生于广西北海市某饭店一起副溶血性弧菌引起的旅游团食物中毒原因,为防止类似事件发生提供参考。方法通过现场流行病学、卫生学调查及现场样品采集实验室诊断结果进行分析。结果该事件发病人数共53例,罹患率67.95%(53/78)。调查发现涉事旅游饭店卫生条件差、管理不规范,实验室检测结果:4份样品未检出目标致病菌;病例肛拭子标本5份中4份分离出副溶血性弧菌,血清型均为O1。结论须加强旅游餐饮业食品安全监管,防止类似食物中毒事件再次发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in a hotel in Beihai, Guangxi on July 19, 2012 to provide references for preventing similar incidents. Methods The field epidemiology, hygiene investigation and on-site sample collection laboratory diagnostic results were analyzed. Results The incidence of this incident a total of 53 cases, the attack rate of 67.95% (53/78). The survey found that the poor health conditions related to tourism hotels, management is not standardized, laboratory test results: 4 samples were not detected target pathogens; cases of anal swab 5 copies of 5 were isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus, serotype All O1. Conclusion The food safety regulation in tourism and catering industry should be strengthened to prevent the recurrence of similar food poisoning incidents.
