目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙对5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾衰模型血液流变学的影响,探讨该药对肾脏的保护机制。方法:建立5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾衰模型,设立假手术组、5/6肾切除组以及羟苯磺酸钙组,治疗12周后观察大鼠24h尿蛋白、肾功能、血粘度、纤维蛋白原以及残肾组织病理改变。结果:与5/6肾切除组比较,羟苯磺酸钙组大鼠尿蛋白减轻,肾功能改善,全血和血浆粘度下降,纤维蛋白原含量降低,残肾组织病理表现好转。结论:羟苯磺酸钙可能通过改善慢性肾衰大鼠的血液流变学指标从而发挥其对肾脏的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of calcium dobesilate on the hemorheology of chronic renal failure model in 5/6 nephrectomized rats, and to explore the protective mechanism of this drug on the kidney. Methods: Chronic renal failure model was established in 5/6 nephrectomized rats. Sham operation group, 5/6 nephrectomy group and calcium dobesilate group were established. After 12 weeks’ treatment, the 24h urinary protein, renal function, blood viscosity , Fibrinogen and residual kidney tissue pathological changes. Results: Compared with the 5/6 nephrectomy group, the proteinuria in the dobesilate group decreased urinary protein, improved renal function, decreased whole blood and plasma viscosity, reduced the content of fibrinogen, and improved the pathological appearance of residual renal tissue. Conclusion: Calcium dobesilate may exert its protective effect on the kidneys by improving the hemorrheological parameters in rats with chronic renal failure.
