通过对具有15 MnVN钢模拟焊接过热区组织的光滑、缺口及预置裂纹试样的试验,以及利用光学和电子显微镜对组织、裂纹源等的观察,明确了这类组织的解理是由M-A组元形成的裂纹核引发的,并由此提出这类组织解理断裂的模型,推导出了三种试样的解理断裂统计判据.这判据将材料的断裂韧性与其它力学性能如屈服强度、硬化指数以及累积断裂概率P的关系定量地表达出来,并可以预测从下平台到过渡温度区间的断裂韧度与温度的关系,预测值与实验值相符.
Through the test of smooth, notched and pre-cracked specimens with 15 MnVN steel simulated overheating zone, and the observation of the microstructure and crack source by optical and electron microscope, it is clear that the cleavage of such tissues is made by MA Component cracking nuclei induced, and thus proposed this type of tissue cleavage fracture model, derived three samples cleavage fracture statistical criteria.This criterion will fracture toughness of the material and other mechanical properties such as Yield strength, hardening index and cumulative fracture probability P are quantitatively expressed, and the relationship between fracture toughness and temperature can be predicted from the lower platform to the transition temperature range. The predicted values are consistent with the experimental values.
