老王坡滞洪区位于河南省驻马店市西平县境内,京港澳高速漯河至驻马店段南北贯穿其中,区内路基长8.80 km、高2.50~5 m,跨淤泥河桥长210 m,其余16座桥涵共长407 m。漯驻段高速于1999年开工建设,2001年建成通车,当时并未开展防洪影响评价工作,文章通过建立一、二维耦合数学模型,模拟京港澳高速建设前后两种工况下的50 a一遇设计洪水淹没演进过程,对滞洪区最大滞洪量、滞洪水位、淹没面积和退水时间方面进行对比分析,以了解京港澳高速修建对老王坡滞洪区运用产生的影响。
