一、中国盐业专营现状目前,中国食盐实行专营模式。食盐完全由国家统一计划,统一管理,统一价格,食盐销售网点覆盖全国城乡,盐业公司落实食盐产销国家指令计划和价格政策,保障食盐安全稳定供应。食盐专营对于老百姓来说,是一件好事,能够确保老百姓随处买到放心安全和价格稳定的食盐。但是,食盐专营也容易造成区域垄断,经营主体单一,企业竞争力不强,市场销售盐产品品种单一,老百姓市场选购余地不大等,这些也是盐业专营带来的弊端。
I. Current status of China’s salt industry franchise Currently, China’s salt implementation of the franchise model. Salt is completely unified by the national plan, unified management, uniform prices, salt sales outlets covering the entire country, urban and rural areas, salt industry companies to implement the national salt production and marketing directives and pricing policies to protect the safe and stable supply of salt. The salt franchise is a good thing for the people. It can ensure that ordinary people buy safe and stable salt. However, the salt franchise is also likely to result in regional monopolies, with a single business entity, a weak corporate competitiveness, a single variety of salt products on the market, and a small room for people to buy, which is also a drawback of the salt industry franchise.
