水稻光敏不育临界日长(包括诱导败育临界日长SDx和完全不育临界日长LDx)值随环境温度而变化。当日平均气温由27.6℃下降至25.1℃时,农垦58s的LDx由13.8h增加到14.5h,每降温1℃约增加0.2h以上;参试农垦58s、N5088s和7001s在25.1℃的SDx约13.0h,LDx约14.5h;在23.6℃低温下栽培的同一光敏不育水稻的样本内个体的LDx值不一致。笔者就光敏不育临界日长值的选择方向问题进行了讨论。
The values of critical photoperiod-sensitive male-day length (including critical day-long SDx and complete-day-old critical day-long LDx) of rice were varied with the ambient temperature. When the mean daily temperature dropped from 27.6 ℃ to 25.1 ℃, the LDx of Nongken 58s increased from 13.8h to 14.5h with an increase of more than 0.2h at 1 ℃, while that of Nongken 58s, N5088s and 7001s The SDx at 25.1 ℃ was about 13.0h, and the LDx was about 14.5h. The LDx values of individuals in the same photo-sterile rice cultivated at low temperature of 23.6 ℃ were inconsistent. The author discusses the selection of the critical value of photo-induced infertility long-term issues were discussed.
