国卫办食品函〔2014〕385号工业和信息化部、农业部、商务部、质检总局、食品药品监管总局(国务院食品安全办)办公厅,粮食局、标准委、认监委办公室,各有关单位:根据《食品安全法》及其实施条例的规定,我委组织拟订了《酪蛋白》等12项食品安全国家标准(征求意见稿),现征求你单位意见并向社会公开征求意见(征求意见稿及编制说明可从国家卫生计生委网站http://www.nhfpc.gov.cn下载)。请于2014年7月10日前将意见反馈表(附件13)以传真或电子邮件形式反馈我委。
State Department Food Letter 〔2014〕 385 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Commerce, AQSIQ, Food and Drug Administration (Food Safety Office of the State Council) General Office, the Food Bureau, the SC, CNCA office, Relevant units: According to the provisions of the “Food Safety Law” and its implementing regulations, the CPPCC organized and formulated 12 national standards on food safety such as casein (draft for comments), soliciting opinions from your unit and soliciting opinions from the public (Draft for solicitation and preparation can be downloaded from the National Health and Family Planning Commission’s website http://www.nhfpc.gov.cn). Please submit the Feedback Form (Annex 13) to our committee by fax or email before July 10, 2014.
