【目的】观察参麦注射液对离体豚鼠心脏的心率、心肌收缩力、冠脉流量的影响。【方法】对离体豚鼠心脏以Langendorff离体心脏灌注装置分别灌注新鲜的台氏液和参麦灌注液(10 ml/L)15 min后,待心脏收缩稳定,持续实验时间1 min,记录冠脉流量,并通过生物电放大器记录离体豚鼠心电图,观察心率和心肌收缩力的变化。【结果】离体豚鼠心率平均减慢12.6%;心肌收缩力平均增加52.9%;冠脉流量平均增加15.1%。且灌注新鲜的台氏液和参麦灌注液后心率、心肌收缩力和冠脉流量的变化的差异有显著性。【结论】参麦注射液能使离体豚鼠心脏的心率减慢、心肌收缩力增加、冠脉流量增加。
【Objective】 To observe the effects of Shenmai injection on heart rate, myocardial contractility and coronary flow in isolated guinea pig hearts. 【Methods】 Isolated guinea pig hearts were perfused with fresh Langerhans perfusion solution and Shenmai perfusate (10 ml/L), respectively, for 15 min. After cardiac contraction was stable, the duration of the experiment was 1 min. Pulse rate, and recorded in vitro guinea pig electrocardiographs by bioelectric amplifiers to observe changes in heart rate and myocardial contractility. 【Results】 In vitro guinea pig heart rate decreased by an average of 12.6%; myocardial contractility increased by an average of 52.9%; coronary artery flow increased by an average of 15.1%. There was a significant difference in heart rate, myocardial contractility and coronary flow after infusion of fresh Taichung liquid and Shenmai perfusate. 【Conclusion】Shenmai Injection can reduce the heart rate, increase the myocardial contractility and increase the coronary flow in isolated guinea pig hearts.
