采用文献资料法、访谈法、综合分析法对“新政”后中国高校体质测试工作面临的困境与对策进行研究。结果显示:上下级之间沟通失调;《标准》中某些规定落不到实处;数据失真等“新政”前存在的问题仍将继续存在;针对中长跑测试项目所做的风险防范措施不足;新测试项目测试数据的可信性受到拷问;数据上报时间提前将加剧数据失真现象等是“新政”后面临的新问题。对策是尽快建立上下级之间的沟通渠道;修改目前无法落实的政策;减少测试面以确保测试数据的真实性;为中长跑测试建立统一的风险应急机制。
By using the methods of literature review, interview and comprehensive analysis, this paper studies the predicaments and countermeasures of constitutional testing in Chinese colleges and universities after the “New Deal”. The results show that communication between superiors and subordinates is out of alignment; some provisions in the “Standard” are not implemented properly; problems such as data distortion and other problems before the “New Deal” will continue to exist; and risk prevention measures for mid-long-term run test projects Insufficient; the credibility of the test data of the new test project was tortured; data escalation in advance will exacerbate the phenomenon of data distortion is “New Deal ” after the new problems. The countermeasure is to set up communication channels between upper and lower levels as soon as possible; revising the policy that can not be implemented at present; reduce the test surface to ensure the authenticity of the test data; and establish a unified risk emergency mechanism for the test of middle and long distance running.
