目的评价0~6岁儿童健康管理实施对儿童家长6个月纯母乳喂养知晓率的影响。方法在我国东中西部14个省市选取34家基层医疗卫生机构作为试点组,12家作为对照组。采用非随机对照前后比较的类实验研究,对辖区内儿童家长是否知晓6个月纯母乳喂养进行Logistic回归。结果 0~6岁儿童健康管理实施使儿童家长对6个月纯母乳喂养知晓率提高了0.18倍(P<0.01),增加到管理后的57.80%。同时发现,文化程度、职业和家庭月收入等因素对家长6个月纯母乳喂养知晓率也有影响。结论 0~6岁儿童健康管理的实施,确实有利于提高家长的6个月纯母乳喂养知晓率,有助于提高儿童家长的正确育儿知识水平。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health management of children aged 0 ~ 6 years on the awareness of 6 months’ exclusive breastfeeding of parents of children. Methods 34 primary health care institutions were selected as the pilot group in 14 provinces and cities in the eastern, central and western parts of China and 12 as the control group. A non-randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare whether the parents of children in the area knew of 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding for Logistic regression. Results The implementation of health management for children aged 0 ~ 6 years increased the awareness rate of 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding among parents of children by 0.18 times (P <0.01) to 57.80% after management. Also found that educational level, occupation and family monthly income and other factors on 6 months of parents know the impact of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion The implementation of health management for children aged 0 ~ 6 years does help to improve parents’ awareness of 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding and help improve the knowledge of children’s correct parenting.
