本文应用原子吸收光谱法和HSOD-R-PHA药盒检测了99例老年糖尿病患者血清中Cu、Zn与SOD的含量。结果表明,老年糖尿病患者血清Zn含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的胰岛素合成并不少,锌消耗多,提示糖尿病人存在着不同程度的Zn缺乏症。老年糖尿病患者血清SOD活性增高。与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),可能与自由基增多,脂质过氧化作用增强,因而机体代偿性合成SOD增加有关。
In this paper, the contents of Cu, Zn and SOD in serum of 99 elderly diabetic patients were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry and HSOD-R-PHA kit. The results showed that the content of Zn in serum of senile diabetic patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). There was not less insulin synthesis and more zinc consumption in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, suggesting that patients with diabetes have different levels of Zn deficiency. Elderly diabetic patients with elevated serum SOD activity. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05), which might be related to the increase of free radicals, the increase of lipid peroxidation and the increase of compensatory synthesis of SOD.
